Post Jurying Statement
When doing portfolio reviews and looking at work online, I am always looking for that one photograph that grabs me,
and make me look deeper into it.
While going through these submissions, I was doing the same thing. I was impressed with the work that was submitted
and making the selections was a tough process.
In the end, I believe, I selected some very fine work.
Muema's photograph is so full of energy and emotion, that I find it hard not to look at. Meg Griffith's is the exact opposite,
but the quiet and solitude of her photograph makes me want to examine it further. And finally, Stan Raucher's photograph
intrigued me on so many levels. There is so much going on in his photograph.
I thank you all for the opportunity to see your work and a sincere thank you to TPS for asking me to do this.
